Refund Policy

At 3DMARKETING CLUTCH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62091UP2023OPC183447), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Important Note: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve custom strategy development, creative work, and time-based deliverables, most services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

1. General Refund Terms

Our refund policy is based on the following principles:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Services are generally non-refundable once work has started
  • Any refund request must be made in writing to tarunchaudhary06@outlook.com
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 business days

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services without valid reason
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service
  • Pre-Work Cancellation: If you cancel before any work has commenced (subject to administrative fees)
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems on our end prevent service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Services have been delivered as per the agreed scope
  • Client dissatisfaction with results due to unrealistic expectations
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by client's failure to provide required materials or approvals
  • Third-party platform changes or algorithm updates beyond our control
  • Results not meeting client expectations when we've fulfilled our deliverables

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be considered:

  • If only a portion of services has been delivered
  • Early termination by mutual agreement
  • Partial completion of project milestones

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on work completed and resources invested.

5. Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly retainer agreements:

  • Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • Cancellation must be provided 30 days in advance
  • No refunds for partially completed months
  • Final deliverables will be provided upon contract termination

6. Project-Based Services

For one-time or project-based services:

  • Full refund available only if no work has been initiated
  • 50% refund if less than 25% of work is completed
  • No refund once 50% or more of the project is completed
  • All deliverables completed before refund request remain property of client

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Include your invoice number, service details, and reason for refund
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method

8. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing takes 15-30 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (3-7 additional days)
  • You will receive confirmation once refund is initiated

9. Administrative Fees

For approved refunds:

  • A 10% administrative fee may be deducted from refund amount
  • Transaction charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
  • Setup fees and initial consultation fees are non-refundable

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
  • We will conduct a thorough re-evaluation
  • Final decision will be communicated within 10 business days

11. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • All services will be immediately suspended
  • Access to deliverables and materials will be revoked
  • We may pursue legal action for breach of contract
  • Please contact us directly before initiating chargebacks

12. Changes to Refund Policy
